China dominated the final aerials mixed team event of the season at the Federation of International Ski and Snowboard (FIS) Freestyle Skiing World Cup at Beidahu Ski Resort in Changchun, northeast China's Jilin Province, on Monday.

Both the host nation and the USA sent two squads to the eight-team competition. The other four participants were Canada, Ukraine, Australia and Kazakhstan.

Team China 1 featured Olympic gold medalists Xu Mengtao and Qi Guangpu, who joined Li Tianma to top the podium with an impressive combined score of 345.26 points. Team USA 1 finished second in 317.05, while Team China 2, comprised of Chen Meiting, Wang Xindi and Li Xinpeng, placed third with 316.72 points.

"The weather today is better than yesterday, and all my teammates performed well, so I was very confident when I went out for the last run," said Qi, who landed a back double full-full-full to contribute 123.53 points.

Li Tianma, fresh off winning the men's aerials title on Sunday, landed a back full-double-full-full for 122.57 points. Xu, who triumphed in the women's aerials in Beidahu, scored 99.16 points.

Chinese athletes have claimed three golds, two silvers and one bronze at the World Cup in Beidahu.
