Heilongjiang 4 breezed past Guizhou 2 by a convincing score of 8-1 to win the mixed doubles title at the Chinese Curling League stop in Lyuliang, north China's Shanxi Province, on Wednesday.

Heilongjiang scored one point in each of the first three ends to build a 3-0 lead. Then in the fourth, Zhu Zeyangxu landed the yellow stone in a premium position for Heilongjiang, before they stole two more points and extended their advantage to 5-0.

The contest remained lopsided in the second half. Guizhou finally got on the board with one point in the fifth end, but Heilongjiang immediately responded with two in the sixth.

After finishing the seventh end with a poor delivery, Guizhou admitted that the result was a long-gone conclusion. They shook hands with their opponents, conceded the battle, and congratulated Heilongjiang on the victory.

The next stop of the season will get underway on March 3 in Xining, northwest China's Qinghai Province.
