Chinese investments fuel Egypt's New Administrative Capital

Chinese investments have been growing consistently across the African continent. Egypt's latest development, the New Administrative Capital, is a key project under the Belt and Road Initiative. The Egyptian Minister of Housing says the project has been a great avenue for skill exchange.
