A group of young people from nine countries gathered in Wuhan, central China's Hubei Province, and shared their experiences of traveling in China, offering unique perspectives on the country's culture, scenery and cuisine on Friday before watching the Chinese animated film "Ne Zha 2."
Among them was Heydarov Seyidrasul from Azerbaijan, who shared his travel experiences with CGTN. "Over the past years, I've visited many cities, including Beijing, Shanghai, Kunming, Hefei and Xi'an."
"Last year, I invited my parents to China because I believe everyone should visit at least once to experience the culture firsthand. I took them to explore the Forbidden City, climb the Great Wall and sample a variety of Chinese cuisines, especially hot pot," he said.

"What I find most attractive are the beautiful mountains, forests, seas and lakes. These natural sceneries are truly captivating. I've traveled to Harbin in the north and also some cities in the south. I also love the food here, like Lanzhou lamian (hand-pulled noodles), Wuhan's famous reganmian, or hot and dry noodles, and, of course, hot pot," Matulino Taulua Togaga'e from Samoa told CGTN.

"Before coming to China, I didn't know much about life here. But now, my expectations and perceptions have completely changed," he added.
When discussing traditional Chinese culture, Mufzal Aboobucker from Sri Lanka highlighted the significance of the Chinese New Year, stating, "The Chinese New Year is truly remarkable and serves as an excellent example for the world. What's fascinating is how culture takes on different forms in different places. Every city in China has its own unique cultural identity."
