The towering Pamir Plateau is the ancestral homeland of the Tajik ethnic group, regarded as "the guardians of the border." Longjike Kader's family have been patrolling these frontiers for four generations. Over seven decades, they have covered every inch of this land, watching the border while witnessing the nation's remarkable transformation.
