In Barkam City in the Aba Tibetan and Qiang Autonomous Prefecture, Sichuan Province, Gashi Wangmo has been taking care of the local elderly since 2009. This year marks her third year of being a deputy to the National People's Congress. CGTN reporter Zheng Songwu meets her in Barkam City, as she prepares new proposals to further enhance the local elderly care industry.
