The 62nd Plenary Session of the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change, or IPCC, has concluded in China's Hangzhou. The IPCC is the UN body for assessing the science related to climate change. The panel's chair Jim Skea spoke with CGTN immediately after the session. He started by laying out the outcomes of the session, and also talked about China's deployment of renewable energy.
