Political advisors have submitted a total of 6,019 proposals since the second session of the 14th National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC) a year ago, and of the 5,091 proposals filed, 99.9 percent have been processed with feedback, Jiang Zuojun, vice chairperson of the CPPCC National Committee, said at the opening meeting of the third session of the 14th CPPCC National Committee on Tuesday.
