Expert: London summit failed to guarantee Ukraine's security

British Prime Minister Keir Starmer rallied European leaders to support Ukraine and boost its defense spending at Sunday's emergency summit in London. However, Cui Hongjian, director of the Center for European Union and Regional Development Studies at Beijing Foreign Studies University, noted that the summit failed to guarantee Ukraine's security.
