The third session of China's 14th National People's Congress (NPC), China's top legislature, takes place at the Great Hall of the People in Beijing. NPC deputies speak to the public and take questions from the media at the Deputies' Corridor before the opening. Ministers are scheduled to meet the press and take questions at the Ministers' Corridor after the session.
