China have secured the gold medal with an impressive 14-3 victory over South Korea in the final of the World Wheelchair Curling Championships in Scotland.
The Chinese team, consisting of Wang Haitao, Chen Jianxin, Zhang Mingliang, Li Nana and Zhang Qiang, showcased their skill and precision, particularly in a stellar third end where they executed flawless draws to establish a commanding 10-2 lead at halftime.
Following a single point scored by South Korea in the fifth end, China responded with a powerful performance, adding four more points in the sixth to extend their lead to 14-3.
At this juncture, South Korea conceded the match, allowing China to celebrate their fourth world championship title. Additionally, this victory also secured their qualification for the 2026 Milano Cortina Winter Paralympics.
