The global box office of the Chinese animated blockbuster "Ne Zha 2" has surpassed that of "Avengers: Infinity War," becoming the 6th highest-grossing film of all time globally, according to the latest data from online platforms on Sunday.

The film is preparing for a broader Southeast Asian rollout after its release in Singapore on March 6. The history-making animated sensation will be released in the Philippines, Malaysia and Thailand.
