Baima Yuzhen, a member of China's top political advisory body and first-grade judge of the People's Court of Motuo County, southwest China's Xizang Autonomous Region, on Monday spoke to reporters about the remarkable changes in her hometown, including access to clean water, stable electricity and high-speed internet. She made the remarks during a group interview ahead of the closing meeting of the third session of the 14th National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC) at the Great Hall of the People in Beijing.
