In early spring, large flocks of migratory birds arrive at the Yellow River in Ordos, Inner Mongolia, painting a vibrant scene against the riverbanks, sunshine, snow and wetlands.

Thanks to ongoing ecological restoration efforts, the local environment has improved significantly, attracting more birds each year. Today, tens of thousands of cranes, swans, geese, and ducks stop here during their spring and autumn migrations to rest, feed, and bask in the sun, adding to the natural beauty of the region.
