South Korea's duty-free quota for steel exports to the U.S. ended as the U.S.' 25 percent tariffs on all steel and aluminum imports went into effect on March 12. In this context, CGTN interviewed people in South Korea about the tariffs' impact on local as well as global economic environment. Some South Korean residents said the U.S. tariffs on steel and aluminum were just the beginning, and Trump wants to boost the U.S.' wealth.
