South Korea's duty-free quota for steel exports to the U.S. ended as the U.S.' 25 percent tariffs on all steel and aluminum imports went into effect on March 12. In this context, CGTN interviewed people in South Korea about the tariffs' impact on local as well as global economic environment. The South Korean government should take a tough stance in defending the rights of the South Korean people, they said.
