On Sunday, local media reported that a fire at a nightclub in Kocani, North Macedonia, had claimed the lives of at least 51 people and injured more than 100. According to the state-run Media Information Agency, approximately 1,500 people were at a concert in the nightclub when the fire erupted. The report stated that the blaze rapidly spread to the ceiling and roof of the nightclub, engulfing the entire building. Authorities are still assessing the total number of casualties.
