Zhaoxing Dong Village, located in Liping County in Qiandongnan Miao and Dong Autonomous Prefecture, southwest China's Guizhou Province, dates back to 986 AD (the Northern Song Dynasty) and stands as one of the biggest Dong ethnic group settlements across the nation. It has earned the titles of "China's most beautiful rural ancient town" and "China's famous historical and cultural village."
