Explore the dynamic movements with Shaolin double spears, which are a unique weapon in Shaolin martial arts, combining offense and defense with remarkable precision. The double spears allow for rapid, multi-directional and unpredictable attacks. Techniques require fluid coordination between both hands, creating a dynamic balance of speed and control.

The Shaolin staff is known as the "father of all weapons" in Shaolin martial arts. Unlike sharp blades or pointed spears, the staff is a blunt weapon, allowing monks to defeat opponents without inflicting fatal injuries. Shaolin staff techniques involve fluid, circular movements that require coordination of the whole body, from head to toe.
