Construction of the Yellow River Guxian Water Conservancy Hub Project began in July 2024 after 70 years of evaluation and 20 years of preparation.

Recently, dozens of excavators and loaders have been operating in an orderly manner at the site. Experts estimate the tunnel will be fully excavated and connected by year-end. Once completed, it will enhance water and sediment regulation, optimize resource allocation, and support high-quality economic and social development in the region.
