US Federal Reserve chair Jerome Powell noted that domestic turmoil caused by big changes and Trump's recent trade policies have increased economic uncertainty, raising the likelihood of a US recession. He was addressing the media after the Fed kept interest rates unchanged at the close of its March meeting on Wednesday.
