AstraZeneca has received tremendous support and guidance from the Chinese government, a level of support for businesses that is not always seen in other countries, Pascal Soriot, CEO of AstraZeneca, told CGTN at the China Development Forum 2025 in Beijing on Sunday. He said that China has been very welcoming of companies that want to give back to society and contribute to China's economic growth and public health.
