Chinese Premier Li Qiang, delivering the opening address at the China Development Forum 2025, reaffirmed China's commitment to expanding market access for foreign investment and called on global businesses to actively contribute to economic globalization. On the sidelines of the forum, Lars-Hendrik Röller, founder and chair of Berlin Global Dialogue, said that Europe is re-evaluating its relationship with China and win-win cooperation and mutual trust are the way forward.
