Short-term predictions are irrelevant for a country like China that focuses on long-term cumulative growth, Michele Geraci, former undersecretary of state at the Italian Ministry of Economic Development, told CGTN during the Boao Forum 2025. He noted that western countries and companies should understand that the center of economic growth is shifting to Asia, and we are transitioning from a hegemonic unipolar world into a multipolar one.
