Former U.S. Secretary of Commerce Carlos Gutiérrez shared his thoughts on U.S. tariffs on the global trade dynamic during the Boao Forum for Asia Annual Conference 2025. Gutiérrez mentioned that there are uncertainties on what the responses will be to the U.S. tariff policy.
