A cascade shutdown of a number of substations occurred on March 25 in the Kursk region due to an attack by a Ukrainian UAV on a power facility, the Russian Ministry of Defense reported. More than 4 thousand consumers in the Khomutovsky district of the Kursk region were left without electricity as a result of a UAV attack, the department noted.
