A discussion panel on China's economic policies, hosted by the China Public Diplomacy Association, was held in Beijing on Thursday. Li Daokui, director of the Center for China in the World Economy at Tsinghua University, argued that China has the resilience to withstand potential impacts from the United States. He stated that, from his observation, the Chinese government remains patient and is willing to cooperate with the U.S. for the well-being of both peoples.
