Kishore Mahbubani, distinguished fellow of the Asia Research Institute of the National University of Singapore, spoke at a high-level dialogue themed on "The Future of Multilateralism" during the Boao Forum for Asia (BFA) Annual Conference 2025 in Boao, south China's Hainan Province on March 27. He said that the West refuses to accept the fact that it can no longer dominate the world.
