The Chinese government has decided to provide emergency humanitarian assistance of 100 million yuan (about $13.78 million) for earthquake-ravaged Myanmar and sent two rescue teams, along with urgently needed relief supplies like tents, blankets, first aid kits, food, drinking water, etc., said Li Ming, spokesperson for China International Development Cooperation Agency, on Saturday.

The first team arrived in Yangon on Saturday, Li said, adding that China will provide more assistance to Myanmar as per its needs.
