China has dispatched multiple rescue teams to Myanmar following the earthquake. 16 members from the Blue Sky Rescue Team crossed the border into Myanmar from Ruili Port in China's Yunnan Province. The team is traveling in five vehicles and carrying small-scale rescue equipment and medical supplies. Blue Sky Rescue is China's largest non-governmental professional emergency rescue organization. Meanwhile, at the request of Myanmar government, the Chinese government has also sent a rescue team with 82 members to carry out humanitarian relief operations. The team flew from Beijing Capital Airport to Myanmar this morning.
