A Chinese civilian rescue organization has saved one person trapped under rubble in Mandalay, a major city closest to the epicenter of the magnitude-7.7 quake that struck Myanmar on Friday, CGTN reported on Sunday.
China's Ramunion rescue team later located three more survivors and opened a supply route to the trapped. Operations are paused due to secondary fires and will resume once firefighters contain the blaze.
