China's HK rescue team goes to Myanmar quake epicenter

A 51-member rescue team from China's Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (HKSAR) arrived in Nay Pyi Taw, capital of Myanmar, on the evening of March 30. Comprised of personnel from the Security Bureau, Fire Services Department, Immigration Department, and the Hospital Authority, the team swiftly proceeded to the hardest-hit areas following the devastating magnitude-7.9 earthquake to assist in search and rescue operations.
