The Chinese People's Liberation Army's (PLA) Eastern Theater Command on Tuesday began joint exercises around the Taiwan Island.
During the exercise, the PLA sent a strong warning to Taiwan vessels – the PLA will spare no efforts to firmly defend the nation's sovereignty and territorial integrity.
