Zelenskyy: There were also strikes against the Odessa and Sumy regions. Another targeted hit and damage to energy facilities: in the Sumy region, an FPV drone hit a substation, and in Nikopol in the Dnipro region, an artillery strike damaged a power line. Almost 4 thousand subscribers in the two regions were left without electricity due to these strikes.
