The Eurasian robin, a bird rarely seen in China, has been spotted in Yingze Park, Taiyuan, north China's Shanxi Province, marking the species' first recorded sighting in Shanxi. The cute creature has attracted flocks of photography enthusiasts. The Eurasian robin is a small migratory bird with distinctive orange-red plumage on its face and chest, mainly found in Europe, North Africa, and West Asia. Experts say that the dense shrubbery and abundant food resources in the park have made it an ideal stopover for the bird.
