Expert: South Korea's political turmoil signals a critical transition

South Korea's Constitutional Court has unanimously ruled to remove President Yoon Suk-yeol from office over his martial law declaration. Rong Ying, chair professor at Sichuan University, says the months of turmoil in South Korea indicate that the country's politics is entering a critical transitional period, primarily focused on constitutional amendments and decentralization.
