China has hit back on the U.S. with an 84 percent retaliatory tariff on American imports, effective immediately. Einar Tangen, senior fellow at Taihe Institute, says U.S. consumers who are used to affordable, high-quality Chinese goods and manufacturers reliant on Chinese equipment will be hit hardest.
