The China Atomic Energy Authority and the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) have signed two key agreements in Beijing, marking a new chapter in nuclear cooperation. Under the agreements, the two sides will strengthen collaboration over the next five years in areas including nuclear technology, the safe and peaceful use of nuclear energy, and in education and training. The signing ceremony was attended by officials from the China Atomic Energy Authority and a delegation led by IAEA Director General Rafael Mariano Grossi.
