China's relations with neighboring countries are at their strongest level in modern times and are entering a critical phase, where regional dynamics and global transformations are deeply intertwined, according to a central conference on work related to neighboring countries held in Beijing from Tuesday to Wednesday.
China and Cambodia continue to strengthen their long-standing partnership, marked by high-level diplomatic exchanges, expanding trade, and deepening cooperation across diverse fields.
The two countries reaffirmed their close political ties by signing a new action plan in 2023, outlining joint goals through 2028. Cambodia was the first nation to sign such a plan with China to build a community with a shared future, underscoring its strategic significance in the region.
