Diplomatic delegation visits Jiangxi, explores cultural landmarks

02:00

A group of diplomats in China, including the ambassadors of Lebanon, Panama, Dominican Republic and Cyprus, are touring east China's Jiangxi Province.

They visited the Nanchang August 1 Uprising Memorial Hall, which commemorates the 1927 uprising, a key event that led to the birth of a new armed force independently led by the Communist Party of China. They also went on a boat tour of the Tengwang Pavilion, a Tang Dynasty architectural gem on the Gan River.

The visit highlights Jiangxi's blend of revolutionary heritage and cultural richness while fostering diplomatic engagement. The three-day tour will last until April 16 and the diplomats will also visit Jiujiang City and the famous "Porcelain Capital" Jingdezhen.
