Cristiano Ronaldo's hopes of a first Saudi Pro League title suffered a major blow when his club Al Nassr lost 2-1 at Al Qadsiah on Friday.
In the 35th minute, Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang forced a save from Al Nassr's goalkeeper, and Turki Al-Ammar scored on the rebound to put Al Qadsiah in front.
Sadio Mane equalized in the 84th minute, boosting Al Nassr's hopes of moving to within five points of leaders Al Ittihad, who suffered a 2-0 defeat at Al Fateh one day earlier.
But Aubameyang headed in a winner in the 87th minute. The 2-1 defeat leaves Al Nassr in third place, eight points adrift with just six games remaining in the season. Al Qadsiah sit in fifth place.
