Foreign and defense ministers of China and Indonesia reached consensus on a new path for cooperation during a meeting in Beijing on Monday, with a memorandum of understanding on establishing a comprehensive strategic dialogue mechanism signed by Chinese Foreign Minister Wang Yi and his Indonesian counterpart.
With this year marking the 75th anniversary of the two countries' diplomatic ties, a reception was also held to celebrate the milestone.
