Huashan Mountain in northwest China's Shaanxi Province is world-renowned for its steep terrain and peril. Its most iconic feature – the cliffside skywalk – is located on the South Peak, the mountain's main summit. Constructed by fastening wooden planks and rivets directly onto the cliff face, the skywalk resembles a suspended ladder hanging midair.
