Hong Kong Special Administrative Region Chief Executive John Lee talked up Hong Kong's investment environment at a conference in the city of Ningbo, east China's Zhejiang Province on Friday. Lee said cooperation is urgent amid U.S. tariff abuses and called for more investment in Hong Kong.
