An explosion at Shahid Rajaee Port in Bandar Abbas, southern Iran, left hundreds injured on April 26 local time, according to reports. Customs authorities indicated that the blast may have originated from "a warehouse storing hazardous materials and chemicals" at the port.​ Firefighting efforts at the port are still underway.
