The driver of a car struck revelers at a street festival in Canada on April 26, killing and injuring at least nine people at the event celebrating Filipino culture, police said.
The vehicle entered the street at 8:14 pm on Saturday, where people were attending the Lapu-Lapu Day festival, with at least seven people lying immobile on the ground after the accident took place.
