When it comes to ocean fish farming, no country comes close to China in terms of volume. China produces more than a third of the world's commercially raised fish – a vital source of protein for the nation and billions of people worldwide. As Sean Callebs explains from the warm waters off Zhuhai in southern China, fish farming technology is expanding, which is good news for both the environment and production.
