As one of the major United Nations global ocean initiatives, the Decade of Ocean Science for Sustainable Development aims to accelerate transformative scientific solutions to address shared challenges.
The International Cooperation Center was established in 2023 to support UN goals. It has been at the forefront of building "blue partnerships" and delivering scientific solutions to strengthen global ocean governance.
