Iranian Foreign Minister Seyed Abbas Araghchi held phone talks with UN Secretary-General Antonio Guterres on Friday evening, the Iranian Foreign Ministry said in a statement.

In addition to exchanging views on regional and international developments, Araghchi briefed Guterres on the latest progress in indirect negotiations between Iran and the United States, as well as Oman's preparations for the next round of talks, the ministry added.
