US tariffs are causing enormous losses for Japan's automobile industry, with some automakers suffering a loss of up to $1 million dollars per hour, said Ryosei Akazawa, Japanese minister of economic revitalization. He added that the US has been requested to review the tariffs policy and that Japan would do what it can to safeguard its national interest.
